Phase 3 of our Whitby Meadows community is progressing well. Singles are at finishing stages, and a few of our remaining townhome blocks are at drywall stages. Closings are set to begin this Spring and continue into the Summer and Fall months.

In our Seaton South community, lots are progressing at various stages. We currently have townhome blocks at the framing stage, insulation & drywall stage and others at the exterior cladding stage.

A lot has happened during the winter months at Cityside, with some Phase 2 lots already closed and others in the finishing stages. Our final townhome block is at the framing stage and we’re happy to report that bricking has begun on some Phase 3 lots. We’re reaching exciting milestones every day.

Construction at our GO Towns community is well underway. Forming crews are on site pouring remaining townhome blocks and framing has officially begun on site. Stay tuned for more progress to come.
